Clermont Project

The project consisted of building a 16’ x 24’ two story pressure treated wood deck. The deck is located off of the living room on the main story of the house and the walk-out basement beneath it. The deck gives a nice view of the back yard which slopes down to the lake. Cantilevered design gives ample room for lower level of the deck.
