Winter Haven Project

This project consisted of removing the existing screen windows and screen door, installing the thermopane windows and five foot sliding glass door, new flooring, air conditioning and heat, ceiling fan and wiring. Engineering and permitting were done. The customer upgraded to a six foot sliding door. Since the new door was originally five and a half inches thick, the framing for the wall had to be changed. Changing the screen room built in 1970 to a Florida room required new construction according to 2024 standards. Much was involved, but having a very happy customer made it all worthwhile.
